Albuquerque, New Mexico My pastel painting Blue Vases received the Bronze Award at the IAPS Pastel World Competition in Albuquerque, New Mexico this June. What a great way to start my first IAPS convention. It was quite an honor to be among so many spectacular artists from all over the world. I enjoyed myself immensely while I was there in Albuquerque. The weather was perfect, the food fantastic, and the people were so hospitable and friendly. I can hardly wait to go back again. Thank you IAPS and Albuquerque for a wonderful, memorable trip.
